Foreman - PREVAILING WAGE -Excavation/Utilities

Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation contractor, certified WBE/DBE. We are seeking experienced, safety minded, and career focused PREVAILING WAGE FOREMAN for Site & Utility Excavation work to add to our Leadership TEAM!

Full Time/Local Portland Metro Area
Pay Rate: Private Wage Based on Experience
Prevailing Wage Work Available
Non-Union Contractor

Valid Drivers License Required & Medical Card w/in 60 days of Hire

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience in Leadership Role in Underground Construction
• Previous Management Experience
• Proficient with Blueprint Reading
• Capable of Checking Grade, Setting up Grade and Pipe Laser, GPS Equipment
• Proficient with Excavators, Backhoes, and other heavy machinery
• Valid Drivers License
• OSHA 10
• Competant Person Card
• CPR Card
• Self Motivated
• Safety Minded

Job Tasks for all positions include, but not limited to the following:

• Daily Paperwork and Management of Crew
• Utilize Tablet and Company Software to Read Plans, QTY Calculation, Order Materials
• Scheduling and Planning Daily and Weekly Work Activities
• Oversee Daily Maintenance of Machines
• Site Layout
• Proficient with use of pipe/grade laser
• Promote Safe Work Place

Past Projects include:

• Municipal Sewer Main Work, Watermain Work, PBOT and Parks Projects
