Job Description:
JRT is seeking an experienced Pipefitter/Welder that who also has experience fitting/welding stainless and carbon. Both fitting and welding skills are required.
Job Duties:

  • Fit and weld carbon and stainless steel via Stick and TIG
  • Able to fit up piping in preparation to be welded
  • Ability to interpret isometric drawings
  • Read blueprints, plans, and shop drawings
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous material from pipes as needed
  • Includes installation of piping supports such as hanger/strut/all-thread etc.
  • Either certified or qualified to be certified to weld pipe in the 6G position open root full penetration

The Work:
  • The projects are new construction with approximately 50% of our work prevailing wages.
  • We perform a wide range of work encompassing large commercial and industrial facilities
