As a Landscape Maintenance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring properties look their best by transporting crew members, tools, and equipment to various job sites and performing essential landscape maintenance tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a landscape maintenance truck with trailer to transport team members, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, edging, trimming shrubs and trees, weeding flower beds, and concrete edging.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
  • Collect and properly dispose of yard waste, leaves, and other debris to keep job sites clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are loaded, accounted for, and in good working condition; promptly report any issues to supervisors.
  • Interact professionally with clients, addressing requests or concerns and providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while operating vehicles and using landscaping equipment.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to ensure high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, plant care, and safe equipment operation.
