Job description

Join a dedicated and professional team as a Senior Landscape Account Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and exceptional customer service across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of properties, including commercial sites and home owners’ associations. Candidates with a passion for horticulture, landscape architecture, or construction are encouraged to apply. A Senior Landscape Account Manager will ideally transition to a Branch Manager Role upon demonstrating thier capabilities to run a growing branch.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance crews within assigned territories
  • Supervise, support, and motivate multiple landscape maintenance teams
  • Monitor and drive production goals to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and prompt response to concerns
  • Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and prepare proposals for clients
  • Promote and sell enhancement services and landscape solutions to both new and existing clients
  • Manage small-scale construction and landscape retrofit projects
  • Coordinate with irrigation technicians and supervisors to implement optimal water management practices
  • Conduct regular site walks, prepare detailed reports, and maintain service schedules
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of work orders
Qualifications
  • Experience in landscape maintenance supervision, customer service, or landscape sales is preferred
  • Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscape industry standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficient in identifying site needs and recommending landscape solutions
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed at various sites, including commercial properties and  HOAs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied terrain and weather conditions
  • Extended hours and travel between job sites may be required
