The Opportunity

Lead commercial landscape maintenance operations as a key leader within our field team. You will directly manage multiple field crews, build lasting client relationships, and drive overall operational excellence. This role lets you champion quality standards while growing your career with a stable enterprise contractor.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily commercial landscape maintenance operations to ensure high service standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multiple field crews while fostering a safety-focused culture.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
  • Manage operational budgets, control project costs, and achieve key performance goals.
  • Inspect job sites regularly to verify quality control and adherence to client specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated passion for coaching and crew development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets and driving job profitability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities in fast-paced field environments.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance management.
  • Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification, such as Horticulturist training.
  • Deep knowledge of turf management, plant care, irrigation systems, and local flora.
  • In-field mechanical background (small engine repairs, diagnostics of small engines, etc.)
