Job description

Ables Landscapes, an award-winning landscaping company with over 45 years of experience in Charleston, SC, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a leader in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces, Ables Landscapes is committed to excellence and a mission-driven approach: to glorify God by connecting people to something beautiful. The Maintenance Crew Leader will play a key role in maintaining high-end residential properties, working closely with team members and clients to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside crew members to perform landscape maintenance on high-end residential properties.
  • Assist Account Managers and the Landscape Maintenance Director in executing daily responsibilities and project goals.
  • Load, organize, and maintain equipment and tools each day, ensuring a clean and efficient work truck.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to support team growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representing Ables Landscapes with professionalism.
  • Perform detailed maintenance tasks such as hand-pruning, installing and caring for small shrubs and perennials, watering, mulching, and fertilizing.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Working knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, or landscape installation and construction skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to achieving company goals.
Compensation

The pay for this full-time position ranges from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
