Join our NatureCare team as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman!

We are a property maintenance management company that provides nationwide services for our customers. The Foreman responsibilities impact a highly visible profile of properties for a very important client. We are looking for a dedicated, honest professional that knows how to manage their time well, how to run a small crew, and how to be proactive to grow the account.

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for service delivery excellence:

  • Manage over 30 properties that need weekly landscaping services
  • Supervise and support a small landscape crew over a large local region
  • Supervise on-site operations to meet customer SLAs and day-to-day management as needed
  • Effectively communicate service updates to Customers and management
  • Ensure check-ins and support documentation are submitted using the FieldTeam Mobile app
  • Monitor and track that crews complete work on time and to scope, based on established frequencies and SLAs
  • Manage and resolve escalated and complex Customer and Service Provider issues
  • Provide ongoing field training to crew members as needed
  • Complete site inspections as needed
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
  • Execute employee performance reviews and facilitate disciplinary actions
  • Be โ€˜On Callโ€™ for related Customer inquiries
  • Monitor/Respond to customer service team inquiries and provide timely follow up

Qualified Landscape Maintenance Foreman applicants possess the following skills/abilities:

  • Ability, knowledge, and aptitude to train on all required site services
  • Management skills that maintain/improve Customer relationships and crew retention
  • Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns and work with an attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic and leadership skills, work independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication skills โ€“ written, in person, and over the phone
  • Effective time management, organization, project management, and task prioritization skills
  • Demonstrate persistence, ability to overcome obstacles, and consistently achieve goals
  • Ability to manage laborer crew in landscape maintenance and manage their time and productivity
  • Ensures excellent customer satisfaction and demonstrates a business mindset
  • Ability to discover substandard site issues and opportunities for improving the properties

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping industry
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with no DUI and able to drive a truck with trailer and equipment
  • 2+ years of experience in irrigation systems repair and management preferred
  • Small engine repair experience preferred

Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour DOE
