Job Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the creation and implementation of exterior spaces for our clients. You will consult with customers to gain insight into their landscape goals, use CAD software to draw plans, prepare estimates, and oversee the implementation of the projects. The ideal candidate has an eye for design and proven work experience as a Landscape Architect. 
Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their vision for the project
  • Create proposals and present them to the clients
  • Prepare project budgets and oversee compliance with the budget
  • Draw up detailed contracts for all parties to abide by
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals in the completion of the projects
  • Take into consideration environmental facts associated with the project 
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create site plans and graphic representations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Landscape Architect or in a similar position
  • Training or certification as a Landscape Architect is preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of CAD software
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and adjust accordingly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
