LANDSCAPE DESIGNER – REVIT / BIM

Charleston, South Carolina | Hybrid

2–3 Years of Professional Experience


CEPM is an international landscape architecture practice with offices in the United States and abroad. We are looking for a talented and technically skilled Landscape Designer to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.

This position is ideal for a designer who combines strong landscape design and plant knowledge with excellent technical production skills and advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate landscape plans, sections, details and construction documentation using Revit
  • Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models
  • Support projects through design development and technical documentation
  • Contribute to planting design, plant palettes and species selection
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers and other project consultants
  • Maintain high graphic and technical standards throughout project delivery
  • Work collaboratively with CEPM teams in the United States and internationally


Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or landscape design
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit – mandatory
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of plants, planting design and species selection
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within an international and multidisciplinary team
  • Professional fluency in English


Preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • French language skills are a strong plus
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary architecture / engineering teams


Location & Working Arrangement

Charleston, South Carolina

This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with regular presence at our Charleston office.

Initial 12-month engagement, with strong potential for extension and a longer-term opportunity within CEPM.
