Responsibilities
β€’ Lead and manage a 2-4 person landscape crew
β€’ Execute weekly maintenance routes and seasonal services
β€’ Train and mentor crew members
β€’ Ensure quality standards are met on every property
β€’ Communicate with management regarding property needs
β€’ Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
β€’ Identify potential improvements or issues on client properties
Qualifications
β€’ 2+ years of professional landscaping experience
β€’ Experience leading a crew or training others preferred
β€’ Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, irrigation basics, and plant care
β€’ Ability to manage time and keep a crew productive
β€’ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
β€’ Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
