Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Lead to oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish. The Landscape Crew Lead will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of landscaping techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design plans and specifications.
    • Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project completion.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
    • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
