For more than 37 years, La Rosa Landscape Company has been creating and maintaining exceptional landscapes throughout Southeast Wisconsin. We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team.

We're looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional results, enjoys developing others, and understands that outstanding customer service begins with quality workmanship and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your maintenance crew in a positive, productive manner.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute daily work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Deliver high-quality horticultural maintenance services, such as spring clean-up, mowing, pruning, bed care, seasonal color, and snow and ice control services.
  • Promote and model safe operation of equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Maintain beautiful residential landscapes while exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a landscape maintenance crew preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License (Category 3.0), or ability to obtain within 60 days.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
