Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various landscaping equipment. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care services that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Duties

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.
  • Perform other various duties such as grounds cleanups, aeration, fertilizer application, etc.
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery.
  • Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.
Experience
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is required with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Familiarity with operating power tools is a must.
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues on-site.
  • A strong understanding of lawn care practices will be beneficial in delivering quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
  • Irrigation knowledge is also a plus.
  • A clean MVR is required.
