Are you ready to drive success at a fast-growing roofing company? NexGen Roofing seeks a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key leader in our company, you will harness high energy, organizational prowess, and a metric-driven mindset to propel our sales team beyond the expected targets.

The Role:

As the Territory Sales Manager at NexGen Roofing, you will play a crucial role both in the field and behind the scenes. Your days will be split between working alongside your team on-site and strategizing in the office to optimize performance and smash sales goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting plans that boost team productivity and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance.
Hold regular company-wide meetings and attend executive meetings to report on team progress.
Analyze team metrics to identify opportunities, adjust, and drive growth.
Foster a robust, family-first company culture that values each member's contribution.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

5 or more years of experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role in sales.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Strong analytical ability to manage and interpret sales data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
Adept at balancing fieldwork with office responsibilities.
