We have an opening for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative with a knack for navigating the fast-paced world of B2B industrial equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sales. This role demands a proactive approach in managing a pipeline of 500-1000 quick-to-close opportunities at any given time through HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing these quick-turn opportunities from lead to close and consistently surpassing annual sales targets while building durable customer relationships as a trusted, accessible advisor.


Requirements
  • Manage a bustling pipeline of 500-1000 opportunities at any given time within HubSpot CRM, ensuring meticulous organization and follow-up.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Drive sales opportunities from lead to close, working with a variety of customer types across a vast range of industrial inventory and customer needs.
  • Reliably exceed ambitious sales targets, with a goal of $7 million + in annual sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor for clients' surplus and MRO needs.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM, sequences, email and integrated calling platforms to their full extent, employing key features to optimize sales performance and operate at the level of efficiency this high-volume business demands.
  • Strong Preference for candidate to be located in the Dallas -Ft. Worth area.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative in a B2B industrial equipment or MRO sales environment preferred.
  • Candidates holding current HubSpot Sales Certification(s) will get top priority.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume, high-velocity pipelines (500+ open opportunities at a given time).
  • A consistent track record of exceeding annual sales targets with the ability to navigate short the demands of very short sales cycles and ever-changing inventory.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar modern CRM platforms, with expert knowledge in leveraging available features to drive sales and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and overcome objections with skill.
  • Expert in strategic sales pipeline management, keeping high-value and complex deals moving towards close, while managing smaller, more straightforward opportunities in a hyper-efficient manner.
  • Committed to providing a superior customer experience through thoughtful, professional engagement and solution-focused tactics.
