POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent handymen, Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC technicians, to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management in providing outstanding maintenance and repair services. As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

DESIGNATED JOBS :

1. Plumbing:
(Certified or Licensed)

Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.

2. Electrician:
(Certified or Licensed)

Adhere to electrical codes and safety standards to prevent hazards and ensure compliance
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Inspect electrical components, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs.
Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Plumbing, Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs.
Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues.
Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements.
Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
