Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front of the house operations and ensure shift managers are performing all duties during their shifts
• Take catering orders and assist customers with large orders
• Engage with guests and follow up with those who place large orders
• Maintain the register balances, exchange change for bills while keeping the register balanced, and close registers
• Performs Inventories and provide ordering for the store
