Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of the Groundskeeper are to ensure the grounds and common areas of the property are clean at all times. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Curb Appeal-
- Pick up trash and debris in common area, pool, and recreation areas.
- Sweep curbs
- Pick up pet waste around property
- Assist Maintenance with various tasks
- Clean pools when applicable
- Report any defiances to manager or maintenance
- Wear required uniform and maintain an appropriate appearance.
- Comply with all local/state laws and follow the company's policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety procedures/guidelines including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements
- May be needed to help with on-call needs
- Continued training, as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Practical experience required: at least three months as groundskeeper. Must speak and write English well enough to understand directions.
