What you'll do…
- Assist with the supervision of the outside service and golf shop attendant staff
- Manage starting times and pace (including tee sheet recording/reconciliation)
- Manage the Pro Shop point of sale system
- Promote Tetherow Golf Club program and events
- Assist with tournament operations, outside services, and teaching and coaching responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head Professional and First Assistant to promote your professional goals and career path
- Play golf with members, spouses, and juniors
- Anything else dictated by the A-1 or A-8
- PGA Apprenticeship or Enrollment encouraged
- Working knowledge of golf operations, computer skills, rules and etiquette, PGA instructional techniques, merchandising and sales techniques.
- Previous experience and employment at accredited golf operations.
- A thorough knowledge of golf operations, supervising and delegating techniques.
- Experience providing excellent customer service with members and guests.
