Burnt Store Marina Country Club, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time, Assistant Golf Professional! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily golf shop operations
  • Member and guest service
  • Tournament and event support
  • Tee sheet management
  • Merchandising and inventory assistance
  • Pace of play and first tee operations
  • Teaching and player development (preferred)
  • Supporting all golf operations alongside the Head Golf Professional and management team

Ideal Candidate:
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership preferred
  • Golf Genius / POS experience a plus
  • Team-oriented with strong hospitality mindset
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
