Case Manager I - TLC

Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Case Manager - I. This key position reports to the Director of Records and will help with providing a full range of administrative support and more!

This position will help us with:

· Managing an assistant to ensure efficiency and responsibilities are being fulfilled.

· Communicating with clients in a clear and professional, and conscience manner.

· Ensuring work product requested by clients is correct and turned around to clients in an expeditious manner.

· Reviewing all legal responses to ensure quality of records for production of records.

What you should have:

· High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary.

· Some legal background is preferred, but not required.

· A can-do attitude

· Proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions
