We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager. The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading a program to transform a multi-billion building material industry. This program will make quality homes more affordable to millions of American families. If this is a change you want to be part of-apply now!

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for creating clear & attainable program objectives, building out program requirements & managing the associated constraints of the program including budget, time, scope (including changes) & quality.
• You are responsible for looking holistically at complex cross-project/division dependencies and identifying strengths and opportunities.
• You will be responsible for on-demand and scheduled status reports and communication to different levels of leadership and stakeholders.
• You have a have a broad knowledge of project & program management methodologies & techniques (including Waterfall & Agile).
• You will provide risk & issue management; spot & mitigate potential project risk/issues that might delay the project completion.  You will be responsible for communicating and escalating these as appropriate.
• You will create & maintain program documentation that is the single source of truth about a program to keep teams aligned & informed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have 10+ Years of demonstrated success as a project/program manager, with a minimum of 5+ years of program management.
• You must have proven and demonstrated success in complex programs, bridging unique disciplines (e.g., software development, content creation, change management) across different companies.
• You have experience working within the software industry.  Start up or high growth experience highly preferred. Bonus points if you’ve been responsible for creating the guidebook on how to do it.
• You have experience improving project management practices, templates & tools. 
• You are a strong problem solver with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports to push the solution & progress.
• You have previous experience in complex programs with a minimum of multi-year milestones with an overall $5mm+ annual investment.
• You may get to travel out of the country! A valid passport or ability to obtain passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required.
