Automotive Sales Associate

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in purchasing vehicles. This is a full-time, salary position in the Auto industry. This is an individual contributor role where you will be expected to meet sales quotas and contribute positively towards the overall success of the dealership. This position is located in Aurora, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Listen to customers’ needs and preferences to provide the best possible vehicle options for them.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and secure future sales.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure proper vehicle pricing and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area.
• Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
