We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to enhance our marketing team. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about social media, exceptionally organized, and possesses a sharp eye for detail. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will take charge of managing our company’s social media presence across multiple brands, including AIRCARE, MasterCool, Champion Cooler, and Essick Air. Success in this role hinges on your ability to craft compelling content, foster community engagement, and elevate brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others to amplify brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive and interactive online community.
• Generate diverse content, including blogs, digital ads, search keywords and other marketing material as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating new strategies and features into our social media approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our social media strategy.
• Stay informed about changes to social media algorithms, policies, trends, and adapting strategies accordingly for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or video editing tools.
• Willingness to design projects, such as packaging and manuals.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms and strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
• Photography experience.
• Experience with Google Ads.
