Sales Associate - Volvo

When a customer becomes an owner, it’s just the beginning of the relationship. And this team helps make sure that the relationship thrives. You’ll make the most of your own passions to help customers bring their new experiences to life. You might help one customer sync their phone, show another how to make the most of Apple Care Play, or even teach a customer about how Volvo saves lives and is better for the environment. If you have a talent for hands-on problem solving, you can address customers’ technical issues, reconnect customers with the Volvo Experience and recommend the best options for the customer then you – you are the one.

Roles include Delivery Specialist and Product Expert.

• Average annual compensation for a full-time Product Expert is $75,000+
• $25,000 Salary with additional bonus compensation (earnings are a combination of salary and productivity bonuses)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking the right questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the Volvo expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of all Volvo offerings, optional packages & the latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with prospects and buyers to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and strategies
• Bring your ‘A game’ and your positive attitude with you every day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running, learning new product information
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers and co-workers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
