Senior Technology Consultant positions offered by Volvo Group North America, LLC (Greensboro, North Carolina). Support the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group. Promote an agile mindset and ways of working, with our internal network of employees and external partners, across all areas,of the Volvo Group. Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions. Conduct technical analysis and create specification documents. Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents. Track Development progress and project deliverables. Provide technical and design/implementation guidance and solutions involving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including SQL and Relational Database management system. Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Minimum Requirements:  


Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science or a related field and 7 years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (online)


  Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following: 

  • Performing object-oriented programming using C# 


Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  •   Using Waterfall, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
  •   Applying CRM processes to complex projects 


Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: 

  • Using Visual Studio
  • Using at least two of the following modules of the CRM suite: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
  • Working with SQL and relational database management systems, including Microsoft Dataverse based on Azure 


Must have 2 years of experience developing with Cloud Azure and working with Power Platforms native components 


Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. 


We are offering a salary of $140,587 - $143,770 per year.

For this position, the base pay is set at $140,587.00 - $143,770.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
