Prevost, a member of the Volvo Group, is currently looking for an effective, independent, and efficient Service Coordinator to fill a vacant position within the team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and communicate workshop schedules to maximize workflow and productivity.

• Communicate with customers, managers, and the shop to ensure customer satisfaction and proper workflow.

• Communicate issues to customers and work to find solutions

• Propose additional services to customers

• Schedule customer buses and follow up with customers on future service appointments

• Help develop quotes for service and repair with help from the Service Manager

• Keep customers informed on completion times, delays, and changes to estimates and spend quality time building relationships with customers

• Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of work orders and warranty

• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• High school degree or equivalent and 1 year in the automotive/heavy duty industry or 2 years on-the-job related experience in the service industry.

• 1 year customer service experience

• Strong computer knowledge: Microsoft Office skills

• Knowledge of the SAP software (preferred)

• Background in service and parts

• Multitasking and good communication

For this position, the base pay is set at $30.00 - $35.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
