An award-winning, independently owned restaurant group is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager for their Breckenridge, CO location. This restaurant serves authentic fare from scratch kitchen in a casual full-service, fast-paced atmosphere. This hospitality leader can look forward to tons of career growth opportunities. Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 base (Commensurate with experience) + Merit-based bonus paid annually, Medical Benefits and more!
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Experience leading in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to hire, train and maintain staff creating a cohesive team
- A drive for exemplary customer service in expeditious circumstances
- FOH and BOH leadership experience
- Budgetary, inventory, and ordering experience
- Concise understanding that each member of the team is as important as the next
