HVAC Office Manager/ Dispatcher

About this job: Family owned and operated Residential HVAC company seeks Office Manager with a Growth Mindset -We're expanding! Casual dress, home work environment located in North Phoenix (SR51/Greenway). This is in office, not a work from home position. Pets are present in the work area.

Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Competitive Hourly Rate $22-25/hr DOE

Primary Duties:

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer care calls.
• Scheduling appointments while balancing priority and logistics.
• Data entry/processing -into Quick Books and P3 field service software.
• Prepare word documents & excel spreadsheets, merging fields, formulas, etc...
• Process payroll.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
• Some social media posting

Required Education and Experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
