Position Overview:

The Internet Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields a very high level of customer satisfaction. The Internet SalesAssociate is responsible for posting and responding to vehicle sales and following up on sales land internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals.

This position is commission-based, and the income opportunity ranges from $70,000 up to $110,000 annually.

  • You thrive on staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits.
  • You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships.
  • You have 1+ years of automotive sales experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads.
  • Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position
  • Keep informed, establish, maintain, and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
  • Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform consistently the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to receive a Colorado salesperson license
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
