Process Engineer

AOC Resins, a global leader in specialty resins, is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. You'll become our resident expert in reaction and mixing operations, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production data and implement process improvements using statistical process control (SPC) and LEAN principles.
• Provide technical support to production personnel.
• Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, Operator work instructions, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Lead projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.
• Develop and implement new processes to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical support to other plant personnel and customers.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and quality systems (ISO 9001).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Project engineering or maintenance experience a plus.
