A casual dining restaurant is seeking a talented and energetic Assistant General Manager in New Castle County, DE. This company thrives to be the world's favorite quick-service restaurant while creating positive memories for all its guests. Someone who is a results-oriented team leader with the desire to achieve success through people, quality, and hospitality would be an excellent addition to the team.
Base Salary: up to $55,000(commensurate with experience) + Great Bonus Program, Healthcare Package, 401K, and much more!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of QSR or Casual Dining experience
- Must work well in a high volume fast-paced environment
- Previous experience retaining and training a team
- Have cash handling and opening and closing responsibilities
