Job Description
Job Title: Welder
Location: St. Mary's
Shift: 730am-430pm or 330pm-12am
Pay rate: $26//HR or $28/HR
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our products. You will be responsible for welding various metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
**We offer $200 signing bonus**
**WE CANNOT PUT YOU TO WORK UNLESS YOU ARE WELDER CERTIFIED**
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (stick, mig welding and overhead)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet our standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Welder, with at least years of welding experience.
- Welding certification (CWB preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Safety-conscious and knowledgeable about welding safety procedures.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
