We are a fast-growing snack business, passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities: • Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain and update customer information in our database • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty
Requirements: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role • High school diploma or equivalent
