WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet minimum performance requirements of 100 outbound calls or 4 hours of talk-time per day
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to use active listening and problem-solving
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE?

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will spend each day reaching out to prospective business customers through outbound calls. You will focus on making at least 100 outbound calls or achieving four hours of daily talk-time as you work to build new relationships and grow our customer base. You will serve as a trusted consultant, explaining product features and benefits, making personalized recommendations, and educating customers on our competitive pricing and service options. You will also inform customers about new services and special offerings while maintaining continuous email communication to provide ongoing support. Throughout the day, you will be expected to exercise sound judgment in both customer interactions and decision-making, always acting in the best interest of the customer!
