SUMMARY

As a UX / Production Designer, you will be responsible for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. You will be ultimately responsible for discovering, defining a problem, and designing a solution based on customer and business needs. You will take part in user research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and working cross-functionally. You will also be responsible for implementing proposed interface and UI treatments and designs but will have assistance from the broader creative team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure creation and implementation of customized experiences to enhance the digital experience.
  • Conducting market and competitive research of apps and web interfaces in the market.
  • Stay up to date UX / UI examples for onboarding flows of top apps.
  • Strong visual design skills and use of associated tools (photoshop, etc.).
  • App store research/trends in health and wellness.
  • Conduct usability testing.
  • Create a system to digest customer service requests related to digital.
  • Create and maintain Figma boards/wireframes of proposed UX flows for mobile applications, web applications, and e-commerce platforms.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and others.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches and wireframes.
  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
  • Experience creating storyboards and designing iOS app experiences from start to finish.
  • Versed in various fitness platforms and products in the digital world.
  • Basic proficiency with an office suite or google docs.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design user flows and interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude.
