eLearning Instructional Designer (Remote)
 
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support the update and enhancement of existing eLearning content to align with UKG's new user interface for our global retail client. This role will be responsible for updating course content, including screenshots, videos, simulations, and other learning assets to ensure training materials accurately reflect the latest system experience. 
 
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and updating eLearning content using Articulate (preferred) or Adobe Captivate, along with Synthesia, and possess strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality learning deliverables
 
This is a 40-hour per week, 1-month contract (possible extension), a 100% remote role. 
 
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
 
Responsibilities:
●    Update existing eLearning courses to align with UKG's new user interface.
●    Update screenshots, videos, and related learning content to accurately reflect system changes.
●    Modify and maintain eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate.
●    Create and update instructional videos using Synthesia.
●    Ensure all learning content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the latest UKG user interface.
●    Perform quality assurance reviews of updated eLearning materials prior to release.
 
Requirements:
●    3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
●    Experience developing and updating eLearning content.
●    Proficiency with Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate.
●    Experience using Synthesia to develop instructional videos.
