Job Description

Role : Head of Digital Process and Automation COE

At HP, we believe in the power of bringing technology to enhance and improve our everyday moments. We do this by delivering best-in-class digital experiences seamlessly across our world-class product and services suite, delivering targeted outcomes to our customers, partners and employees.

This vision requires us to have a future-ready operating model that is far more intelligent, flexible and efficient across everything we do as a company. This translates into operational excellence and end-to-end digitization of our processes from pre-sales to support - re-engineered, optimized and automated for superior productivity and lower cost curves. In addition, we live in a world of digital excellence that is reshaping how work is defined and completed, along with the expectations, roles and contributions of employees. In a war for talent, employees need to be motivated and focused, liberated from repetitive and bureaucratic tasks and empowered to make unique and differentiated contributions to the company.

With this aspiration, HP is setting up a Digital and Process Automation COE to spearhead this journey and drive an accelerated momentum around end-to-end process re-engineering and digitization of our core operations. The Digital Process and Automation CoE focuses on building an enterprise competency and capability, accountable for pan-HP process maturity and re-engineering efforts, along with driving automation maturity across frontiers. It will further aim to build a holistic E2E process architecture as well as standardized design, playbook, and associated tools, tightly integrated with the digital architecture and other enabling capabilities such as data and enterprise platforms.

Central to this is the Head of HP's Digital Process and Automation COE. This role will lead a combined Process Reengineering and Digital Automation function which:

+ Hold 360-degree view of HP's process maturity and drive centralized efficiencies aligned with HP's transformation agenda

+ Develop and maintain a strategy and roadmap which identifies, sizes and prioritizes opportunities, sets clear targets and tracks progress to ensure quantified benefits are realized

+ Deploy and scale proven technologies to capture, manage and automate processes, and continue to assess and test emerging technologies, to bring greater levels of process engineering, automation intelligence, and insight across the value chain

+ Accelerate digitization through the development of a highly scalable core team, supported by strategic partnerships, and in partnership with an extended, distributed, and embedded team of business and functional colleagues

+ Provide an industrial strength environment, operational services and reusable functions to ensure enterprise consistency, integrity and speed of execution

+ In partnership with HR, drive process and automation community enablement across HP to democratize process re-engineering and automation efforts, to enable productivity improvements, and to focus people and job roles on differentiated value

What you will bring:
