Job Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments, interviews and events
Greet and assist onsite guests.
Answer inbound telephone calls and route to corresponding dept.
Develop and implement organized filing systems. (Heavy filing required)
Perform all other office tasks.
Process new employee's hiring paperwork and submit to proper agencies.
Input and terminate employees in the system.
Build database with all previous employee's files.
Scan all files into digital database.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must have some accounting background.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, etc.
Proficient in Online Intuit QuickBooks
