The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Wesley Chapel

The role you'll contribute:

Responsible to coordinate patient meal service; e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs for Catering to You Program.  Ensures employees are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the strategic and operational objectives of the Catering to You service are accomplished.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of Catering to You staff.
• Works with Catering Associates to ensure alternatives to menu as allowed on prescribed diet in accordance with food allergies and sensitivities, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences, when patient inquires or needs additional selections.
• Completes patient meal selection, tray completion, tray delivery, and tray retrieval process on a daily basis.  
• Responsive to patient's needs at all times.  Resolves patient concerns or complaints immediately and/or reports needed assistance to supervisor as appropriate.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Serv Safe Certification within one (1) year of employment
