Responsible for creating the best experience in the stone industry. Help provide solutions to client's needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage design center visits; handle inquiries, quote requests, delivery information and terms
- Consult clients through the use of creative design consulting skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an exceptional experience to every customer, every time
- Assist with the design and selection of the perfect natural stone for each setting and application
- Discuss customers' needs, and recommend products that will best meet their expectations, following up as necessary to point of closure
- Actively listen and engage clients to understand their project concerns in the natural stone selection process
- Use Buechel Stone's proven sales process and expertise acquired from our in-depth training program
- Handle phone inquiries, both received inquiries and those initiated through active prospecting.
- Prepare work orders and review orders upon submission into the CRM system
- Communicate with intercompany departments to determine product availability and order status
- Advise customers of order updates including to, but not limited to: order delays, back orders, or necessity of substitutions
- Respond to and resolve complaints authorizing returns or refunds where appropriate.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of sample boards and literature
- Develop, share, and apply product expertise by keeping informed with the marketplace and industry trends
- Learn and utilize CRM program
- Provide assistance to the Sales Group as necessary
- Provide assistance with design center updates
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Motivate self to stay accountable to individual sales and service goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM program preferred
- Professional presentation
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Past experience with or knowledge of stone preferred

Work Conditions:
- Office Environment
- Hours/Schedule: Approximately 27 hours - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
