Job Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and assisting employees with various needs and requests.

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and assisting employees with various needs and requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefit and FMLA questions in absence of the Benefits Coordinator or HR Manager
- Serve as an advocate of Wellness Events & EF Link
- Administer the internal job bid system and transfer process
- Responsible for Site Orientation for new hires
- Respond to employee phone calls and emails accordingly
- Maintain accurate data through filling, scanning, etc.
- Assist with keeping bulletin boards updated and professional
- Process employee change forms and terminations
- Assist with the recruiting process - E-verify occasionally
- Responsible for I-9 updates and yearly auditing
- Maintain arcuate work authorization records
- Help schedule and coordinate United Way activities
- Provide translation services for management, associates, and visitors
- Support seasonal events (Job Fairs and Wellness Center)
Performance Expectations (if applicable):
- Sitting is required most of the time.
- Standing is required for varied intervals throughout the day.
- Some reaching is required.
- Occasional lifting of various objects weighing 20 lbs. or less.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Other Requirements:
- Must maintain the confidentiality of employee information.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
