Overview of the Human Resources Administrator Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to serve as a key member of the HR team, providing administrative support and maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and service. This individual will help ensure smooth HR processes and deliver exceptional support to employees across the organization.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator will:

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR files, employee records, and documentation.
  • Respond to frequently asked questions regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information and documents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including preparing content for benefit communications across various channels.
  • Deliver strong customer service by monitoring and responding to employee requests promptly.
  • Oversee completion and verification of Form I‑9 and maintain all corresponding documentation.
  • Submit online background check requests and assist with new‑hire screening processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and terminations.
  • Serve as a back‑up resource for payroll processing.
  • Perform additional HR duties and tasks as assigned.
