HR Generalist / HR Administrator

The HR Generalist / HR Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations and plays a key role in maintaining a positive employee experience. This role handles a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
  • Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of data
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and escalating when necessary
  • Support performance management processes and documentation

Benefits & Compliance

  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain I-9, EEO, and other compliance records

Training & Development
