HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish)
Payrate: $30.00/hr or DOE

We are seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and have experience managing benefits administration and workers’ compensation claims while supporting employees and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and management
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
  • Manage and follow up on workers’ compensation claims, coordinating with insurance carriers and medical providers
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and HR compliance requirements
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Track HR data and maintain accurate records in HR systems
  • Support HR initiatives and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Experience managing workers’ compensation claims
  • Strong hands-on HR administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
