We are seeking a driven and talented Technical Project Manager (Junior) to join our thriving Cloud Services business unit and work with some of the best Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers in the market. This individual will bring a passion for technology, a strong technical skill set, and an ability to support project deployment of Production-ready solutions, software and tools for our customers.

Smartronix is looking for a junior level Technical Program Manager who will support the execution of a wide variety of projects including infrastructure deployment, operational improvements, business automation and application deployment. This program manager must possess extensive knowledge of business processes and technical environments, software tools, business policies, management and monitoring utilities and procedures.

The Technical Program Manager (Junior) responsibilities include:

Interact and work with technical teams to assist in coordinating their use of AWS Services in a Sandbox environments

Monitor the AWS projects, evaluating progress, quality, managing issue resolution as necessary.

Communicate project status to leadership, technical leads, and clients as appropriate.

Anticipate problems or situations that could affect project success. Assess potential impact to the project and develop and execute the best solution. Manage escalated situations as needed.

Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback to the Sandbox engineer to increase team effectiveness.

Required Experience:

Strong knowledge around AWS and its services

Must have experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.

3+ years of related experience.

Bachelor's Degree in related field, additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
