Job description
Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing, global organization to identify a Payroll Manager to oversee U.S. and U.K. payroll operations. This is a fully remote role for candidates based on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend U.S. and U.K. payroll processing
- Oversee multistate and international payroll compliance
- Act as a handson "playercoach" within the payroll function
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
- Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
- Support payroll team members and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 7+ years of payroll experience, including management
- Experience processing both U.S. and U.K. payroll
- UKG (or similar) payroll system experience required
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
- Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours
