Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with the analysis and allocation of revenues between regulated and non-regulated entities
• Participate in the month-end closing process
• Prepare and process journal entries in the GL system
• Prepare accurate, compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations as assigned
• Research and analyze data as requested
• Record producers' P&L and calculate commissions associated with multiple custodial broker dealers
• Annually assist external auditors to provide audit support

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent combined education and work related experience
• Have, or be willing to obtain, Series 99 certification
• Entry level/1-2 years of experience in accounting field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
• Self-motivated and proactive
