What is a Country Kitchen?

A Country Kitchen typically refers to a restaurant or dining establishment that serves traditional, home-style dishes inspired by rural or Southern American cuisine. These kitchens often focus on comfort foods like fried chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and hearty breakfasts. • Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
  • Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing food quality
  • Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to receive feedback and maintain Shindigs' standards
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card
  • Evening, weekend, and high-volume event availability is strongly preferred

Why Work at Shindigs?

  • Flexible scheduling
  • Fun, upbeat team environment
  • Fast-paced restaurant, bar, and live music atmosphere
  • Opportunity to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
  • Employee discounts and perks
  • Be part of a growing local Riverside restaurant and entertainment venue
