Position Title: Category Analyst, Ecommerce

Reports to: National Account Manager

Location: San Bruno (Greater San Francisco Area)

Job Summary:

The Business Acceleration Specialist role is responsible for leading the acceleration of Newell Brands on Walmart.com by serving as a single point of contact across all divisions focused on, but not limited to, managing item setup and maintenance, promotional execution and support, insights and performance analysis, replenishment support, site merchandising and assortment optimization. This position will be an integral part of the Newell Brands Retail.com team by helping identify and solve operational challenges and promote brand growth on walmart.com through the following activities:

Job Duties:

• Item setup: Coordinate item set up and content updates, identify issues impactingitem online availability, item maintenance and optimization + Content and assortment audits:

• Regularly audit and update content across keycategories to ensure full search optimization and content metrics are met + Perform assortment audits as needed and identifyany item gaps, discontinued sku's, item errors, and other relevantopportunities

• Identify brand growth opportunities and providerecommendations to sales teams through:

• Ongoing performance analysis + Monitoring ratings/reviews + Determining promotional effectiveness + Identifying key items across brand portfolios

• Reporting: Responsible for sharing out weeklyreporting including

• Weekly forecast files + POS performance + Inventory/OOS + Content Scorecard + Ad hoc reporting related to ongoing businessneeds

• Problem resolution: Manage necessary ticketsubmission/communication to Walmart.com for any site/system issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required + 0-2 years of prior work experience + Analytically driven with critical thinkingskills + Organized with high attention to detail + Ability to juggle multiple priorities anddeadlines + Superior communication skills - written andverbal + High learning agility across products and systems + Proficient in Microsoft Office
