ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Analyst, Ecommerce Experience helps improve the customer experience and business performance across Skechers.com and the mobile app by turning data into actionable insights. This role supports conversion optimization, customer journey analysis, and testing initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
Working within the Digital Growth Analytics team, this individual partners with teams across Product, UX/UI, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Media, and Merchandising to monitor site performance, support experimentation efforts, and identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, collaborative, and interested in consumer behavior, digital commerce, and emerging AI-driven shopping experiences. Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation platforms is important, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

E-Commerce & Digital Performance

  • Monitor customer funnel performance across Skechers.com and the mobile app.
  • Identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement.
  • Support analysis of product performance, promotions, pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Track and report on key site performance KPIs and business impacts.

Experimentation & Testing

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion and customer experience.
  • Help develop test hypotheses, success metrics, and reporting.
  • Partner with Product and UX teams to identify customer pain points and testing opportunities.
  • Document test learnings and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Behavioral & Customer Analytics

  • Analyze customer behavior using tools such as GA4, Quantum Metric, FullStory, or similar platforms.
  • Identify user experience friction points and engagement trends.
  • Assist with post-test analysis and recommendations.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

  • Help prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Support a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Experience with GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in AI-powered shopping, search, and personalization is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce, CRO, or related fields.

The pay range for this role is $85,000-$120,000/yr USD.
