Job description

Kraft Heinz's US Sales team aspires to be an Indispensable Partner with a Growth and Winning Mindset, focused on Superior Execution every day. The eCommerce & Customer Marketing Analyst is an integral role on the e-commerce and customer marketing team, supporting performance tracking, campaign optimization, insights identification and day-to-day commercial execution across retailers and internal partners to accelerate our business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity, comfortable in several analytics platforms, innately curious and a good storyteller.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Pull insights, data, and inputs to build effective selling stories with clear "so what / now what" recommendations
  • Build and maintain recurring scorecards to track progress against eCommerce KPIs
  • Manage marketing workflow administration, including intake form completion, contract submission, and ensuring marketing/media plans are routed through the proper channels
  • Analyze marketing campaigns & the eCommerce business to identify optimizations for growth; share findings & make recommendations with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own and manage invoicing and bill-payment workflows across centralized bill pay teams, vendors, retailers, and Retail Media Networks; drive accountability of partners for timely payments
  • Support Senior Managers with day-to-day execution, including budget tracking, data pulls, SKU list pulls, development of customer-facing slides, and other business support as needed

Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Background in marketing, sales, analytics, or related business processes
  • Strong analytical foundation (Excel/Sheets required; dashboards experience a plus)
  • Comfortable representing the eCommerce and customer marketing team internally across Sales, Category Leadership, Finance, and Marketing
  • Clear verbal, written, and visual communication; able to turn data into a simple narrative
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through; able to work autonomously
  • Balances accuracy with speed and keeps stakeholders aligned
  • Organized and proactive; flags risks early and proposes solutions
  • Experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, syndicated data (Nielsen & IRI), and/or customer marketing is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Remote-based role performed from a home office
  • Salaried, exempt schedule to meet customer and internal expectations

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:
Operating a computer and viewing screens for approximately 100% of the work schedule
